We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • The product was delivered damaged, or
  • You received the wrong item

Returns are not accepted for any other reasons (such as change of mind).

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must share clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product
  • Photos must be shared immediately after receiving the order
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

Failure to provide photo proof immediately after delivery may result in rejection of the claim.

โณ Return Request Time Limit

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.

Once we receive and verify the returned item:

  • A refund will be processed within 5โ€“7 business days, or
  • A replacement item will be shipped (depending on availability and customer preference)

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or bank transfer (if applicable).

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection (if product details were clearly mentioned)
  • Minor color variation due to screen differences

If the return is approved due to damage or wrong item:

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by The Wow Deals
